ગાંધીનગર, ૩ નવેમ્બર, ૨૦૨૬: રાજ્યની સરકારી અને ગ્રાન્ટ-ઇન-એઇડ ITIમાં તાલીમ આપતા પ્રવાસી સુપરવાઇઝર ઇન્સ્ટ્રક્ટરોના માનદ વેતનમાં બમણો વધારો કરાયો છે. પ્રતિ કલાક દર ₹૯૦થી વધારી ₹૧૮૦, દૈનિક મહત્તમ મર્યાદા ₹૫૪૦થી ₹૧,૦૮૦ અને માસિક મહત્તમ મર્યાદા ₹૧૪,૦૪૦થી વધારી ₹૨૮,૦૮૦ કરાઈ છે.
Gujarat's Labour, Skill Development and Employment Department has doubled the honorarium paid to visiting supervisor instructors at the state's government and grant-in-aid Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), the state said on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The decision was taken under Labour Minister Kunvarjibhai Bavaliya and Minister of State Kantilal Amrutiya.

The revised rates apply from the date of the government resolution, which has already been issued.
Why it matters
ITIs bring in visiting instructors to teach trades, combining theory with hands-on, industry-relevant skills. The department expects the higher pay to draw more instructors, so ITI students get steadier training and classes are not disrupted for want of teachers.
