ગાંધીનગર, ૪ નવેમ્બર, ૨૦૨૬: વિજ્ઞાન અને પ્રૌદ્યોગિકી મંત્રી અર્જુનભાઈ મોઢવાડિયાએ ગાંધીનગરમાં GInTech કોન્ક્લેવ ૨૦૨૬માં ટેક્નોલોજી આધારિત સ્ટાર્ટ-અપ્સ માટે રૂ. ૧૦ કરોડના ગ્રોથ ફંડનું લોન્ચિંગ કર્યું. TRL-4 સુધીના સ્ટાર્ટ-અપ્સને રૂ. ૩૦ લાખ સુધીની ગ્રાન્ટ અને TRL-5 કે તેથી આગળના સ્ટાર્ટ-અપ્સને રૂ. ૨ કરોડ સુધીનું ઇક્વિટી-લિંક્ડ કન્વર્ટિબલ ફંડિંગ મળી શકશે.
Gujarat's Department of Science and Technology has launched a ₹10 crore Growth Fund to help technology start-ups take their innovations from the lab to the market. Minister Arjun Modhwadia launched it at the Gujarat Innovation and Technopreneurship (GInTech) Conclave 2026, organised in Gandhinagar by the Savli Technology and Business Incubator (STBI), on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
What start-ups can get

TRL (technology readiness level) is a 1–9 scale of how close a technology is to real-world use: TRL-4 is a prototype validated in the lab, and TRL-5 onwards means testing in realistic conditions.

- A cohort-based accelerator platform, Atmanirbhar Gujarat Fellows, and support for shadow interns.
- MoUs with nationally known accelerator agencies.
Modhwadia said India has about 2.6 lakh registered start-ups, of which 18,000–20,000 are active in Gujarat, and that young people increasingly want to build companies and create jobs rather than look for them.
