મોરબી, ૪ નવેમ્બર, ૨૦૨૬: નાગરિકતા સંશોધન કાયદા (CAA) હેઠળ પાકિસ્તાનથી આવેલા ૨૫ લોકોને મોરબી જિલ્લા કલેક્ટર સ્વપ્નિલ ખરે અને નિવાસી અધિક કલેક્ટર એસ. જે. ખાચરના હસ્તે ભારતીય નાગરિકતાના પ્રમાણપત્ર એનાયત કરાયા. નાગરિકતા મળતાં અરજદારોએ જિલ્લા વહીવટી તંત્રનો આભાર માન્યો હતો.

Twenty-five people who migrated to India from Pakistan have been granted Indian citizenship under the Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA), the Morbi district information office said on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Collector Swapnil Khare and Resident Additional Collector S.J. Khachar handed over the certificates at the Morbi collectorate.

The Government of India granted citizenship to all 25 eligible applicants. The new citizens called it a moment of joy and pride, and thanked the collector and the district administration.
