These activities require an Architect login on the Gujarat RERA 2.0 portal.

Prerequisites

Architect Signup — Step-by-Step

1. Open Portal → Sign Up
   Go to the Gujarat RERA portal, click Login then Sign Up, and choose Architect as the user type.
2. Enter Contact Details
   Provide your email and mobile number; select Architect.
3. Verify via OTP
   Enter the OTPs sent to your email and mobile. This ensures valid, typo-free contact info and enables notifications from GujRERA.
4. Enter Your CoA Number
   Provide your Active CoA Number (not expired). The system will auto-fetch your profile; review and complete any missing fields
5. Create User
   Click Create User to finish. Your Architect account is now ready for submissions and reviews.

Login Method: Architects can log in on RERA 2.0 using their CoA Number.
