5. Admission Round 218.08.2025 – 19.08.2025Same process as Round 1, if seats remain.

Note: 09.08, 15.08, 16.08 – Public Holidays; 10.08, 17.08 – Sundays

Important Instructions

  • Only for unadmitted students: Those not admitted anywhere or who canceled their admission can apply.
  • Final chance: Students with 3 or more offers earlier must confirm admission in Round 1 of Phase-3. No further offers will be made after this round.
  • No cancellations will be allowed during this phase.
  • Verification window reopened: For students who submitted applications earlier but missed document verification.
  • Re-application not required: Students who applied earlier and canceled admission can reuse their previous application.
  • Vacancy check: Confirm available seats on the GCAS portal before selecting university-college-program-major.
  • Mandatory upload: Students whose Std. 12 results are not auto-fetched must upload their marksheet (PDF or JPG, max 200 KB). Merge files if multiple sheets.
  • Admission offer validity: Offers are valid only till the working hours of the respective college or 4:00 PM, whichever is earlier.
