Phase-3 Admission Schedule for UG Programs (2025–26)

Issued by: Gujarat Common Admission Services (GCAS), Education Department, Government of Gujarat

Applicable to: Unadmitted students only (Affiliated/Constituent colleges & Universities under GCAS)

Stage	Dates	Description
1. Registration & Application Correction	07.08.2025 – 10.08.2025	Students (unadmitted or those who canceled admission) can register, pay fees, fill academic details, and select university-college-program-major subject.
2. Document Verification (if applicable)	07.08.2025 – 11.08.2025	Visit a nearby verification center for document verification. Runs parallel to the registration phase.
3. Technical Processing	12.08.2025	Backend processing by GCAS.
4. Admission Round 1	13.08.2025 – 14.08.2025	Check offers on the GCAS portal, confirm one offer using OTP, report to the college, submit documents, and pay fees.
5. Admission Round 2	18.08.2025 – 19.08.2025	Same process as Round 1, if seats remain.

Note: 09.08, 15.08, 16.08 – Public Holidays; 10.08, 17.08 – Sundays

Only for unadmitted students: Those not admitted anywhere or who canceled their admission can apply.
Final chance: Students with 3 or more offers earlier must confirm admission in Round 1 of Phase-3. No further offers will be made after this round.
No cancellations will be allowed during this phase.
Verification window reopened: For students who submitted applications earlier but missed document verification.
Re-application not required: Students who applied earlier and canceled admission can reuse their previous application.
Vacancy check: Confirm available seats on the GCAS portal before selecting university-college-program-major.
Mandatory upload: Students whose Std. 12 results are not auto-fetched must upload their marksheet (PDF or JPG, max 200 KB). Merge files if multiple sheets.
Admission offer validity: Offers are valid only till the working hours of the respective college or 4:00 PM, whichever is earlier.
