MSU Baroda, established in 1881 and accredited with NAAC A+ status, offers fully online admissions for UG, PG, Diploma/Certificate, Professional (ACPC/ACPDC), and Ph.D. programs. Admissions are conducted through the MSU Baroda Central Admissions Portal and the Gujarat Common Admission Service (GCAS) portal, adhering to UGC and state norms.

3. Admission Process

3.1 For UG/PG via GCAS:

  1. Register at GCAS portal and verify via OTP
  2. Login and select MSU Baroda and desired programs
  3. Complete form, upload documents (photo, signature, mark sheets, certificates)
  4. Pay application fee: ₹500 (General/OBC), ₹250 (SC/ST/PwD)
  5. Submit and download confirmation
  6. Wait for merit list, attend online counseling, verify documents at MSU campus

3.2 For ACPC/ACPDC Professional Programs:

  1. Apply on ACPC Portal or ACPDC Portal
  2. Participate in counseling and seat allotment
  3. Register on MSUB Portal → “Register for Professional Courses”
  4. Pay university fees and receive PRN (Permanent Registration Number)

3.3 For Ph.D.:

  1. Register at MSUB Ph.D. Portal
  2. Upload documents (Master’s marksheet, NET/JRF/GATE certificate)
  3. Pay PET fee (if applicable)
  4. Appear for PET/interview, submit proposal
