| 3 | Technical Processing | 24 May – 28 May 2025 | System-level processing by GCAS (no student action). |
| 4 | Admission Round 1 | 29 May – 31 May 2025 | Students log in, view and confirm college/program offer via OTP, download offer letter, and report to college with documents and fee. |
| 5 | Technical Processing | 2 June 2025 | Internal processing only. |
| 6 | Admission Round 2 | 3 June – 4 June 2025 | Same as Round 1 for unfilled seats. |
| 7 | Technical Processing | 5 June 2025 | Internal processing. |

Important Notes
- Holidays: May 11, 18, 25 and June 1, 8 are Sundays. June 7 is a public holiday.
- All admissions must be confirmed on the GCAS portal using OTP.
- Students must report with original + self-attested documents and pay applicable fees at the allotted college.
