️ Step-by-Step Admission Schedule

1	Registration Round 1	9 May – 21 May 2025	Online registration, profile setup, document upload, program and college preference submission on GCAS portal.
2	Verification Round 1	9 May – 23 May 2025	Verification of original documents at assigned centers, if applicable.
3	Technical Processing	24 May – 28 May 2025	System-level processing by GCAS (no student action).
4	Admission Round 1	29 May – 31 May 2025	Students log in, view and confirm college/program offer via OTP, download offer letter, and report to college with documents and fee.
5	Technical Processing	2 June 2025	Internal processing only.
6	Admission Round 2	3 June – 4 June 2025	Same as Round 1 for unfilled seats.
7	Technical Processing	5 June 2025	Internal processing.
8	Admission Round 3	6 June – 9 June 2025	Further allotments based on availability.
9	Technical Processing	10 June 2025	Internal processing.
10	Admission Round 4	11 June – 12 June 2025	Final round of allotment for any remaining seats.

Important Notes

• Holidays: May 11, 18, 25 and June 1, 8 are Sundays. June 7 is a public holiday.
• All admissions must be confirmed on the GCAS portal using OTP.
• Students must report with original + self-attested documents and pay applicable fees at the allotted college.
