Important Dates & Admission Rounds

| Document Verification | 2 – 4 July 2025 | Verify original documents at the nearest GCAS verification center. |
| Technical Process | 5 July 2025 | System-based processing of data. |
| Special Admission Round 1 | 7 July 2025 | View offers, confirm admission via OTP, report with documents, and pay the fees. |
| Special Admission Rounds 2 to 7 | 8 – 12, 14 July 2025 | Follow the same process as Round 1. |
| Special Admission Round 8 (Final) | 15 July 2025 | Final opportunity to confirm admission through the portal. |
Key Points to Note
- No admission activity will occur on 6 and 13 July 2025 (Sundays).
- The admission cancellation window will be open until 14 July 2025 at 12:00 PM.
- Students who did not confirm admission during UG Phase 1 or 2 can update their choices on 4 July 2025.
- If any seats remain vacant, eligible students may get admission in Rounds 6 to 8 based on merit and choices.
