The Education Department, Government of Gujarat, has officially released the Phase-2 admission schedule for Postgraduate (PG) programs under the Gujarat Common Admission Services (GCAS) for the academic year 2025-26. This phase is crucial for students who missed verification in Phase-1, wish to modify their preferences, or are targeting remaining vacant seats in affiliated universities.

1. Registration Round 2
Dates: 19 June – 01 July 2025

2. Application Correction Window
Dates: 02 – 03 July 2025
- For Phase-1 applicants who cancelled or faced issues
- Option to correct the application or change preferences
- Applications will be considered from Round 5 onward
- Mandatory re-verification required
3. Document Verification Round 2
Dates: 19 June – 04 July 2025
- Visit nearest GCAS verification center
- Submit original and self-attested copies
- Unverified Phase-1 applicants can verify here

5. Admission Rounds

During each round:
- Log in to your GCAS portal dashboard
- View admission offers from universities
- Confirm one offer using OTP
- Print the offer letter
- Report to the respective college with original and self-attested documents
- Pay the admission fees and confirm with OTP

Important Notes
- Students who submitted applications in Phase-1 but failed to verify can do so in this phase. Their application will be considered from Round 5.
- Students who cancelled confirmed admission in Phase-1 can rejoin Phase-2 without reapplying.
- Admission in Phase-2 depends on vacant seats after Phase-1.
- All preferences made during Phase-2 are conditional, subject to merit and availability.
- Students must choose the correct “form type” as per their educational qualifications.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
