After due consideration the Gujarat RERA Authority has decided that the
defaulting promoters who were not able to submit Form-5 for FY 2021-22 within extended due date i.e. 31/10/2022 for FY 2021-22 can submit Form5 on or before 30/11/2022 after payment of late submission fee as per the following details:
