| Correction Window | 21–22 July 2025 | Students from previous rounds who faced issues can update their choices. |
| Verification Round-3 | 18–23 July 2025 | Submit original documents at GCAS centers for verification. |
| Technical Processing | 24 July 2025 | System processes all verified applications. |
| Admission Round-9 | 25–26 July 2025 | Students view admission offers, confirm via OTP, report to college and pay fees. |
| Admission Round-10 | 28 July 2025 | Same steps as Round-9. |
| Admission Round-11 | 29 July 2025 | Same steps as Round-9. |
| Final Admission Round | 30 July 2025 | Last opportunity to confirm admission in Phase 3. |
Note: No admission activity will take place on 20 and 27 July 2025 (Sundays).
Key Instructions
- Students from Phase 1 or 2 who missed verification can complete it in this round.
- Applicants who cancelled admissions earlier can reapply in Phase 3 using the same login.
- Admission offers are time-bound and valid until 4:00 PM or as per college deadline.
- Vacant seats will be filled on merit basis in the last few rounds.
