How to File a Review or Rectification on Judgement Order on GujRERA — Step-by-Step Guide
If you are a party to a GujRERA case and believe the judgement order contains an error of fact or law, you can apply for a Review or Rectification on Judgement Order through the GujRERA eCourt portal. This process is available to both the complainant (citizen/allottee) and the respondent (promoter).
Official Reference: This guide is based on the GujRERA User Manual – Grievance Redressal – External Users (V.0.1), Section 4 — Create Review/Rectification on Judgement Order, Pages 30–38.

45-Day Rule: A Review or Rectification application must be filed within 45 days of the Judgement Order publication date. If you file after 45 days, the "Details of the Delay" field becomes mandatory — you must explain the reason for the delay.
Review vs. Rectification:
- REVIEW — challenge the judgement on grounds of fact or law.

Common Issues
"Review is already filed" error: Only one Review/Rectification application is allowed per judgement order. If this error appears, a review has already been submitted for that complaint. Check My Complaints for the existing application.
DETAILS OF THE DELAY field mandatory: If you are filing more than 45 days after the judgement date, this field is not optional. The portal will not allow submission without a written reason for the delay.
Respondent not found by Search: The email used to add a respondent must be registered as a user on the GujRERA portal. If the respondent is not registered, enter their details manually in the address fields.
Payment failure: If the transaction fails, the unique token is preserved. Do not create a duplicate application — contact GujRERA at epay-rera@gujarat.gov.in within 7 days to claim a refund for any deducted amount.
