FAQs
1) What if my CoA has expired?
Renew your CoA first; only active CoA numbers are accepted during signup.
2) Can I change my email later?
You verify email via OTP during signup. Use a stable inbox that you control long term. (OTP verification is mandatory.)
3) Why didn’t my details auto-populate?
Ensure the CoA number is correct and valid. Auto-fetch works when the CoA is active at the time of account creation.
