The Education Department of the Government of Gujarat has announced a Special Admission Schedule (Phase-2) via the Gujarat Common Admission Services (GCAS) portal for undergraduate (UG) admissions. This schedule is intended for students who have not received any admission offers or who received offers but did not confirm their admission.
Earlier, students who had chosen only one college-program or whose merit scores were below the cut-off for their selected colleges were given an opportunity to revise preferences from 25 August 2025 to 27 August 2025. As some students did not use that window, the government has offered a final chance to revise choices. Notifications were sent to these students via email, WhatsApp and SMS on 4 and 5 September 2025.

Who is eligible?

Important Notes
- Offer validity: Admission offers provided during Special Admission Phase-2 are valid only until the working hours of the respective college/university or 4:00 PM (whichever is earlier).
- Students with 5+ offers: If a student received five or more offers during the UG admission process, the offer given in Special Round – 6 will be their final opportunity. Failure to accept the offer between 08.09.2025 and 09.09.2025 will exclude them from subsequent rounds and the seat will be offered to the next student in merit order.

ગુજરાત સરકારના શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા ગુજરાત કોમન એડમિશન સર્વિસેસ (GCAS) પોર્ટલ મારફતે સ્નાતક (UG) કાર્યક્રમોમાં પ્રવેશ માટે ખાસ પ્રવેશ તબક્કો – ૨ જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. આ તક ખાસ કરીને તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે છે જેમને અત્યાર સુધી પ્રવેશની ઓફર મળી નથી અથવા મળેલી ઓફરને કન્ફર્મ કરી નથી.
જેમણે માત્ર એક જ કોલેજ-પ્રોગ્રામ પસંદ કર્યો હતો અથવા પસંદ કરેલી કોલેજના કટ-ઓફ કરતાં નીચા ગુણ સાથે હતા, એવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને 25 ઓગસ્ટ થી 27 ઓગસ્ટ 2025 દરમિયાન પસંદગી સુધારવાની તક આપવામાં આવી હતી. પરંતુ કેટલાક વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ આ તકનો ઉપયોગ કર્યો નહોતો. તેમના શૈક્ષણિક હિતને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને સરકારે હવે અંતિમ તક આપી છે. આવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને 04 અને 05 સપ્ટેમ્બર 2025ના રોજ ઈ-મેઈલ, WhatsApp અને SMS દ્વારા જાણ કરવામાં આવી હતી.
કોણ પાત્ર છે?
- જેમને હજુ સુધી પ્રવેશની કોઈ ઓફર મળી નથી.
- જેમને ઓફર મળી હતી પરંતુ સમયસર કન્ફર્મ કરી નથી.

મહત્વપૂર્ણ નોંધ
- ઓફર માન્યતા: કોલેજ/યુનિવર્સિટી દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલી પ્રવેશ ઓફર ફક્ત કામકાજના સમય સુધી અથવા સાંજે ૪:૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધી (જે વહેલું હોય તે) જ માન્ય રહેશે.
- ૫ કે તેથી વધુ ઓફર ધરાવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ: જો કોઈ વિદ્યાર્થીને પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા દરમ્યાન ૫ અથવા તેથી વધુ ઓફર મળી હોય, તો તેમને ખાસ રાઉન્ડ – ૬માં મળતી ઓફર અંતિમ તક ગણાશે. જો તેઓ 08.09.2025 થી 09.09.2025 દરમિયાન કન્ફર્મ નહીં કરે તો તેઓ આગામી રાઉન્ડ્સમાંથી બહાર થશે અને તક આગળના મેરિટ ક્રમના વિદ્યાર્થીને મળશે.
